Property Management History

I began my career with Century 21 Palmetto Homes in 1999 as Office Manager. Using my skills I was quickly given the added duty of Rental Assistant. In 2002 I became a South Carolina Certified Property Manager by completing the Property manager’s course and passing the exam to get my license.

As Property Manager I have added more than 40 properties to Century 21 Palmetto Homes Property Management inventory. I am responsible for overseeing all of the rental properties, adding rental properties, and working with property owners and tenants. I maintain a high rate of satisfaction because of my competent and professionalism.

I stay abreast of the latest trends and laws pertaining to the property management industry. I take great pride in providing professional and personal service to all.
